From May we’ll be opening up the studio to our members in an open gym environment so they can get even more from our time with us.
With our coaches coming on more full time we’ll be able to open the studio to our members away from the sessions so they’re able to work on specific movements, ‘weak links’, and their goals in a way that works to their schedule.
Our open gym will run a little differently than others though, with programs at the ready to be used. The way this will work will be by picking a program to follow for 4 weeks+ and then progressing with that to work on certain aspects of your health that you feel require a little more attention.
One of the biggest requests we’ve had from our members is access to it outside of the sessions to be able to train and from May we now have that availability.
Specific Programs you’ll be able to choose from would range from:
- Glute Builders
- Knee Pain specific
- Back Pain specific
- Aerobic capacity
- Upper Body Strength
- Lower Body Strength
- Plus more…
These A4 programs are laminated and held at the front of the studio in an A4 holder on the wall. Each program phase progresses every 4 weeks, from P1 to P4. Each total program lasts 16 weeks. You don’t need to start from P1 as such or complete the full 16 weeks. You can start with the program that matches your current ability and train with it until it reaches the goal you’re happy with.
On our app, you’ll select the Open Gym you want to attend and you’ll simply rock up at that time and get to work on your goals.
A coach will be on hand working on other things they need to complete (and may also be training too) but will be on hand to spot, coach technique, and help you through the exercises you need help with, if at all.
So whilst it won’t be coach-led, the programs are all written by us and we will be on hand when you need help and guidance on specific exercises.
Our open gym will be an additional cost of £29/month for the first 5 members who sign up. £39/month for the next 5 and then £49/month thereafter. You can cancel at any time.

Times: 8-9am 10am-2pm 4-6pm
Note: You do need to have a valid membership to access the open gym. If you have a class pack, each visit will count as one class.
